  • Support Requests: Information you provide when contacting our support team.

  • Usage Data: Features used, pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, and frequency of use.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

  • Within Your Organization: Workspace administrators can access member profiles and usage analytics for their company.
  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers). They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Encrypted transport (TLS) for all data in transit, including messages, files and calls
Multi-tenant data isolation ensuring each organization's data is completely separated
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Role-based access controls and secure password hashing

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When a workspace is deleted, we remove all associated data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
